Hotel and Registration Deadlines: 16 October 2009*
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Each individual attendee is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservations and paying for hotel accommodations.

Cancellation Policy
If the hotel reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the check-in date, a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged.
Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee of one night’s room & tax will be added to the guest’s individual account if the guest checks out prior to the reserved check-out date. To avoid this fee, please advise the Hotel’s Guest Service Department up to 24 hours prior to your new check-out date.
